Beach Berry is a charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome located in the beautiful Barrier Dunes community on North Cape San Blas. This lovely vacation rental can accommodate up to 6 guests and offers a comfortable stay with its well-appointed features.

The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an attached bath for privacy and convenience. The twin guest bedroom also includes its attached bath, perfect for additional guests or family members. In the living room, you'll find a cozy day bed with a twin trundle, allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Guests can enjoy modern entertainment with a SMART television and high-speed WiFi, ensuring connectivity and relaxation during your stay. Beach Berry is an ideal beach destination, situated in a family-friendly gated community with various amenities to enjoy.

The townhome boasts an end unit location with only one shared wall, offering additional privacy. Covered parking is available for small vehicles, and the screened porch provides a relaxing outdoor space with a propane grill, outdoor seating, and picturesque views of the fishing pond with a soothing water fountain.

Barrier Dunes provides a range of activities for guests, including playgrounds, catch and release fishing ponds, pickleball courts, and two community pools (one with stunning Gulf views). Guests will also have access to beach toys such as floats, pails, and a wagon for a fun-filled beach day.
