« There was a broken toilet in the first room that was given and a broken microwave in the second room. I didn't like that I wanted to book two nights through Expedia and it wouldn't let me and I got to the property they made me have to do a new booking for the next night at a higher charged. »

« My refrigerator and bath towels had long, black, straight hair in/on it and my tv didn’t work during my whole stay. I reached out to the front desk and they never sent anyone by my room to fix it. The pool needs to be cleaned as well. However, I was able to request a late checkout 30 mins past 11 and was granted it as I needed more time to prepare to check out. Overall this place is okay. The grounds were quiet but can be maintained much better. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to detail...

« The front desk did not open till about 10 o’clock and it closed earlier around nine 10 o’clock at night. Staff was rude. The room was dirty. The blankets were dirty. They were broken things in the room. The whole floor I was on smelled like drugs and smoke I would not recommend this place for anybody. »
