'For the location price was expected. Out the door to the sand. Checking was easy. Like everyone else I will Note this property needs an interior facelift. Well stocked but couch is stained, the furnishings, cabinets are aged. Big tv on third floor is out of service so you watch a small one that’s in a desk obstructed a pole in floor blocking view. A little money and they could make this a real gem! Ping pong table was a blast. Kitchen/family space was a great size.'

We were even able to arrange a late check out while they finished up work at our house. The neighborhood was lovely, we did a lot of walking through the harbor and the beach was beautiful. 'Great place four our family to get together and celebrate the graduation of our daughter from California Lutheran University. Kinsie (host) was gracious, friendly and did everything to make sure the residence was ready. Overall the residence was clean and ready to enjoy. The pool and jacuzzi made a great entertainment for our family to enjoy. Close proximity to Cal Lutheran made it easy to get to/from the celebration with lots of food options to choose from. Would definitely recommend this...

'We met at the beach house from all across the country to celebrate a family wedding. The house was perfect for all, ages 10-85. Plenty of space reunite as a group, as well as finding a quiet space for those needing a time out.'

'The house is great with a nice kitchen and good sized rooms. A very short walk to the beach. A fire pit in backyard in a nice setting. The outdoor shower was great to wash off the sand before going in the house. Really enjoyed our stay!'

'We loved this beach bungalow! Perfect location, comfy living room for chilling together after a busy day. Kitchen was super functional. Loved the skylights that open to get fresh air in. Only complaints are that the windows are really old and almost impossible to move in their track to open or close. Also, the twin beds were so uncomfortable and squeaky that our daughter (23 years old) opted for the couch after the first night and slept much better on the couch.'

Wij raden de verhuurder aan om de gescheurde kussen te vetvangen. Het is duidelijk dat je voor de plek en de belevenis betaald, maar is niet heel comfortabel en netjes.'
