'Great fast WiFi. Was recently renovated, as it looked updated. Bed was too small for two occupants (smaller than queensize). Though breakfast is included, it's room is too small for the rush hours, so there was no place (and choice of items was a bit on the small side). If you are on your own, and just want a bed with a shower. A good place to stay.'

'Valley View Motel is a great little "get away." It's rustic, it's clean, it's quiet. If you're looking for state of the art, top of line everything, this is not the place for you. But if you want a simple little cabin, friendly check in, not many people around and just a place to relax, read, write, or watch an old movie on a small TV, then it's a great place. I come here to unplug and I feel refreshed after a night or two and am a little sad when I leave.'

'Their usage of Real estate lock boxes on every door in the property was very annoying. Each time someone would open/shut their door it caused a loud thud. The coffee machine was not cleaned out and had something growing in it. There was no air conditioning which was not well advertised IMO and the fan was loud. It said property has a Mountain View, that’s just incorrect. Nothing but trees. '

'The location and home was great. Saw deer and herons on the property. No mosquitoey was fantastic. Only thing that was a concern was some of the carpets were stained or dirty. I took pictures in case I was going to be charged but not too concerned. If you have a chance it is a nice be place to stay. Thank you'

'This is a really sweet cabin with a beautiful mix of antique and modern furnishings. It was clean and well-stocked. The time spent indoors was lovely. However, we had also hoped to spend time outdoors on the property and walk down to the water or to the state park, but found that the huge population of mosquitos in the yard made that unappealing. We actually ran between the car and the home to avoid being mobbed by the mosquitos. I'm not sure what, if anything, the owners could do about this....
