The building itself has been there a long time, it's an old-school motel from the glory days of the American "motor inn," I honestly wouldnt have booked if not for the other glowing reviews, but they're very correct! The good: The view!! It's fantastic. the building is horseshoe shaped, so every room has the one, right over the water of Oyster Bay. All else is the good side of what you'd expect...
