The hotel doesnโt match the pictures showed online. There is no elevator. The place was outdated! It is very difficult to reach the front desk from day one. We tried calling that morning for an early check-in as well as emailing. Nothing! Very poor customer service.
When we checked in, we were given our room card key which was on the third floor. It was an huge struggle for me to walk upstairs. Upon entering, there was someone already there. The TV was in loud and the bed was messy. Bathroom was full of stuff.
We went back downstairs and she claimed her system showed the room should have been emoted and cleaned. I asked for accommodations for the first floor. There were none. We had to leave. It was a huge disappointment.
We asked for a refund and were told we had to reach out to Expedia. Expedia has repeatedly tried to contact the property manager. No response! I was told I will not be able to get my money back. I will be reaching out to the manager myself.
