« I booked this home, after payment i was then alerted by owner that the accommodation isn't available due to renovations. He mentioned having another with no additional cost. I saw some pictures and decided to stay at the new place. However i inquire about the wash and dryer as it was one of the amenities and was assured that the apartment had these items.
