     Welcome to Charlotte County Villa 5814!  Sun, Boat, Golf and Relax!

     Enter this beautiful home through the screened entryway leading to an open living area with beautiful views of the exquisite pool, spa, and canal. The home boasts an open and airy feeling with natural light and tile throughout. The floor plan is split, providing the privacy you want for your family and guests. 

     The kitchen is chef-worthy, equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, gas stove, wood cabinets, roomy island breakfast bar, lovely granite countertops and plenty of counterspace.

     The spacious master suite will make you feel right at home with a king bed, dresser with TV, walk-in closet,  and a sliding glass door leading out to the serene outdoor lanai.

     The master bathroom ensuite comes with dual vanity, privacy toilet, and large walk-in shower.

     Two guest bedrooms both with Queen beds, TV and plantation shutters are comfortable and private. Additional sleeping for 1 on the convertible sofa in the den.  Sleeps 7. 

      Bedroom Layout:

Master Bedroom- King Bed, patio access/en-suite master bathroom with walk-in shower.

Second Bedroom- Queen Bed

Third Bedroom- Queen Bed 

Den/Office- Pullout Sleeper Sofa

     The spa is not able to be used as a spa at this time. Pool heat works, but does not heat the spa. Pool heat is included complimentary due to the spa not being able to heat up. This pool faces West for beautiful sunset views from the lanai.

      The BBQ includes a propane tank, we do not provide refills for propane, guests are welcome to swap the tank for a full tank at the local store. 

      BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

      Full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room.

      This community is very active with bike lanes and walking trails. Truly a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida experience. South Gulf Cove has a boat put in at the park at the front of the community with a lovely park and a playground.

Rotunda Community Park and Preserve - 3 miles

Hiking at Myakka State Forest - 10 miles

Ann and Chuck Dever Regional Park- 5 miles

Publix is 8 minutes away, Walmart is about 14 minutes away.

Access to the Boca Grande Causeway is less than 15 minutes. 

Cape Haze Links Golf Club and Coral Creek Club are just minutes away as is Rotunda Golf and Country Club. 

This is a self-catering house stay!

We will provide a welcome pack including the following:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 roll of paper towels

2 packets of dishwasher detergent

2 packets of laundry soap

hotel-size shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom

1 Garbage can liner in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
