'Me and my husband booked it at the last minute, price is very affordable, not too fancy hotel but room was very clean and comfortable,staff was very friendly. There was coffee and other stuff available 24 hrs in reception area. Overall, it was a good experience.'

'One of the beds was broken, bed skirt stained badly, plumbing schreeched'

'We stayed for the view of Seneca lake. The shower handle was off, the safe didn’t work and the pool was shut down because they were waiting on repairs and the windows looking into the pool room were broken. We chose this Hotel because Expedia gave it a great review. The outside garden landscaping was completely overgrown and needs attention. The only positive was the restaurant had great food. '

'The room and inside comfort inn was clean. Breakfast was also good and the staff was pleasant and helpful. I only stayed for two days and I enjoyed it.'

'Room was a touch warm on the 2nd floor, there is no AC from what I’m told, we visited in April, so luckily the outside temps were moderate at best. I would be unbearable in the summer without AC. Room was extremely clean and owners were very accomadating. Breakfast was fantastic, I’d stay again, just not in the summer'

'Clean room, just outside the hustle & bustle of the shopping area. a place you can go to unwind. Park in front of your unit, and you enter at ground level. The Skaneatles Inn is located on Rt, 20, there is a green space for walking, they have a pool. It does not have all of the amenities as the big name locations, in town, the inn does not have a big overhead, they pass the savings on to you. Good, Clean, Safe'
