We have gotten great reviews for cleanliness on our partner booking platforms, but want to ensure our guests that we have adjusted our cleaning procedures, which includes water-soluble cleaners and then using chemical cleaners and sanitizers on an approved list provided by the EPA for sanitation. We include anti-bacterial soaps and alcohol hand sanitizer for guest use. Captain's Cottage is a sanctuary getaway in a quiet neighborhood. It was renovated in 2018. Recently added comfy second queen bed in unit totaling 2 queen beds and a full size memory foam pullout in the living room. Beautiful wainscote pine paneling throughout the cottage. Private patio with wood-burning chiminea (wood provided). Small enclosed yard. Roku TV, 55” flat-screen Smart TV, and high-speed internet. Keyless entry. Cottage located in a nice residential neighborhood.
