The Casentino valley is close to Florence, which is at a 90 minute drive from the house. In the other direction you will find the town of Arezzo. Every first weekend of the month, the famous antique market takes place here. A visit is definitely worth it!

The houses have several terraces so you can sit in the sun, but also in the shade if you need it. From these terraces you also have a beautiful view on the castle of the medieval town Poppi. For electric cars there is a 3.7 kW charging station (accessible only with Shell-Recharge, MTC-Shell Recharge, XXImo Mobility Pass and TravelCard Combipass).

If you do not have a car, you can easily take the bus or train (3 km). Because of the quietness, this house is not rented to groups of young people.
