Negatief: Personeel en service
I knew from others reviews the place was under construction but they said the rooms were clean so I decided to give it a shot the rooms are relatively clean. doing some good work but not paying attention to the details detracts from the work. While I was checking in the lady started helping someone who just walked up to her. She didn't say excuse me or anything. The hallways have not been repaired yet. The carpet is disgusting. The outside doors are propped open so anyone can enter the premise. There is a strange man walking around the parking lot and he decided to lean against my car with his foot on my car. He stayed there for several minutes until I set off the alarm. I complained to the front desk, their only response was thank you for bringing this to our attention your car is perfectly safe. Nobody bothered to go and walk the property or anything. Also I had to wait for someone to come to the front desk. There was a guy in the little room off the front desk making all kinds of noise but even though I kept saying hello he would not come out of the room. After the guy messing with my car and the doors all propped open I am a little bit concerned about safety. There's lots of noise in the hall. I'm not sure I think it's coming from the night construction.
