'Staff was rude, demanded my passport for id, stating drivers license wasn’t enough. Worst check-in experience ever. The lady should not be working with tourists…. She has her own agenda. Also the tv and ac in the room don’t work. The hotel is run down and not cheerful atmosphere at all.'

'Pictures did not match the room, the room looked like a dorm room that you walk in on the first day of college with a bed with no sheets and those 4 black legs holding it up. Blinds were broken and the room was dirty. Very shady area too.'

'The pictures of this property were old or not updated. The hallways and room smelled terrible. Rust was on the refrigerator, drawers were broken and bathtub was severely stained. Trashed was piled up in the stairwell and the most concerning issue was people were literally sleeping in the stairways. I went to go down the stairs on the morning of checkout and could not walk down the stairs due to people laying and sleeping all in the way.'

'Do not stay in this hotel unless you want to be infested with coach roaches I was traveling with my children and we were getting tired it was late so I stopped at the nearest hotel with a reasonable price because all we were doing is sleeping and leaving when we woke mind you it’s 11 at night we go to go in I turn the light on there are about 10 roaches on the floor the were on the fridge they were everywhere I walk right back out I told the lady I couldn’t stay there that I wouldn’t stay with...

'The room was spacious and clean. The walk to the beach was short. You could easily see the ocean from the room and balcony. Beautiful sunrises. Dennis, the Guest Service Manager, is very friendly and helpful. The elevators (there are 2) are very slow.'

'That was one of the nastiest places EVER. It didn't look anything like the website. I booked for 2 nights, only stayed for one night. Thought it was the new studio rooms but it was actually where people live and school bus drop off children. Booked 2 doubles. It took 3 times to get the key to be set to open the door.the tv had been stolen and there was no curtains. The tubs are very dirty and the white surface had been scrubbed off. He then put us in room with a king bed....not much better....

'The room was decent size and the bed was fairly comfortable. There was hair in the shower floor and long like the maids I saw. None of the staff great you or say hi. My room was next door to the staffs cleaning supplies room. Don't stay in room 204! The cleaning staff is inconsiderate of being quiet and banging stuff against the walls at 6:30-7:00 am.
