  • I spent unforgettable holidays in the beautiful and elegant villa "Llenaire" on the seafront of Pollença bay.



    This spacious house with a private 8.5mx4m pool where you can cool off or sunbathe on one of its hammocks will offer you a vacation with unbeatable views of the Pollença Bay. Enjoy your barbecue outdoors in the furnished exterior area with a chill-out or table to have breakfast or dinner with sea views. You can enjoy a pleasant swim at the beach just a few steps away.



    This house, distributed on a single floor, has a spacious interior and features a living room with satellite TV, which opens onto a covered terrace with comfortable sofas and a dining table with views of Llenaire beach for 8 diners, another living room furnished with sofas for moments of rest, a spacious kitchen equipped with everything necessary for your stay and a table with its respective chairs.



    With space for 8 people distributed in four bedrooms with a double bed each and 3 bathrooms with shower, two inside the house and another outside.

We had a fantastic holiday

Just returned from a family holiday in a fabulous traditional villa. 6 adults and 3 young children easily accommodated in the property. Quiet location with great access to the beach and the town centre easily walkable. The property itself is a loved family home with 3 distinct dining areas and an excellent swimming pool. My granddaughters particularly liked the playhouse and dolls house. Absolutely nothing negative to say. I would however give very positive feedback to the owner who went out of his way to ensure that we had a fantastic holiday. Any minor matters were dealt with promptly and effectively and the personal touches added to our holiday. In summary I would highly recommend this villa for a family holiday.

Lovely family home

Our family of 4 adults and a 14 month old had a lovely time in this big spacious house. It is set up as a proper family home, and we felt instantly comfortable here. If you have a young child/children - you are set up here to have a great time! But I could equally see this working for a group of friends. Good kitchen utensils, good size bedrooms, air conditioning throughout and a clean spacious outdoor pool area and outdoor kitchen/bbq. The location is just amazing - the view from the swing seat for the sunrise in the morning is very special. You get sunrise out the front of the house and then you get the sun in the pool area in the afternoon. Lovely, friendly owner who was very helpful too. It is a pricey holiday (not just the villa, but restaurants are pricey too) - but it feels privileged to get a short-term taste of what life in Puerto Pollensa by the sea is like. More available cleaning utensils - to keep shower areas and floors clean. We would have liked to clean the glass doors too - but didn't have anything to hand.

Auch wenn wir eine grosse Gruppe waren, hatten wir sehr viel Platz in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Den Strand von Pollenca gleich vor der Haustür. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt und einen unglaublichen Meerblick mit Sonnenaufgang. Ich könnte noch viel mehr schreiben, einfach ausgezeichnete Lage und Villa. Top Service von der Agentur. Ein unvergesslichen Urlaub. Vielen Dank!
