'Pool area is great. Lots of towels. Pollensa is a beautiful town. About a 20 minute walk into the centre. Lidl is 10-15 walk away.Buses to beach at the end of the road.Lots of wildlife around the villa. A Pine Marten wondered around the pool one morning while we were enjoying a coffee. Red Kites and other birds of prey circle over head throughout the day.Pool is deep, so may not be ideal for young children, but the jacuzzi could be an make-shift kids pool.House is a little tired. The odd broken...

'Lovely house fitted out to a high standard but fairly traditional. Three sitting out areas for all day sun or shade , one being a roof terrace . Excellent location between Pollença and Port de Pollença and there are Lidl and Eroski supermarkets three minutes away . Minus points , no air conditioning ( ceiling fans not very effective when it is really hot ) , no pool and a very narrow approach road , not for the faint hearted . We have been in 2024 and again 2925 and love it , enjoy .'

'Pros: Wij zijn met het gezin in oktober verbleven in deze finca. Prachtig gelegen villa omringd met een mooi verzorgde tuin en zwembad! Wij hebben genoten van het geluid van vogels en de rust in de tuin, waarbij je van het uitzicht kunt genieten op de zee en haven van Pollenca. Het zwembad is heerlijk met mooie lig- en zitplaatsen. De host woont beneden het huis, je kunt haar voor vragen benaderen. Verder heb je alle rust in het huis. Er groeien citroenbomen en granaatappelbomen in de tuin, deze...

'Lovely property, perfect for a young family of four. Large pool.We had a small issue with the toilet but Paco sorted it very promptly.It would be nice if there were a few more basic items in the kitchen, no chopping board for example. It is frustrating when you have to buy basic things like salt & pepper and dishwaher/washing machine liquid knowing you are only going to use a handful of times. Anything non perishable we left for the next customers to benefit from.All in all a really nice place...
