Villa Can Collet Petit is a charming rural villa ideal for enjoying a peaceful holiday in northern Mallorca. With capacity for 4 people and located just 2.5 km from Pollensa, it offers the best of Mediterranean living amidst nature, privacy and comfort.



The house has 2 cosy bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a full bathroom with shower. It features WiFi, as well as mosquito nets to ensure a comfortable night's rest during the summer months.



Outside, you will find a beautiful space designed for relaxation: a refreshing private pool surrounded by sunbathing areas and an integrated barbecue, perfect for enjoying lunches and dinners outdoors with family or friends.



Villa Can Collet Petit is the ideal place to relax, enjoy the surroundings and experience the essence of Mallorca, just a few minutes' drive from the old town of Pollensa and the beaches in the area.



Important information to note:

Air conditioning available from 2pm to 4pm and from 8pm to 8am

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests are required to remove it themselves; otherwise, a waste management fee of €150 will be applied.

Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete online check-in for all guests.
