'Offenbar wird dieses Haus hier nicht von den Eigentümern selbst angeboten. Das hatte zur Folge, dass wir nach unserer Buchung anreisten und niemand wusste, dass wir kamen. Glücklicherweise war das Haus frei und die Eigentümer waren zufälligerweise gerade vor Ort, sonst wären wir nicht einmal ins Haus gekommen. Die Klärung mit Expedia hat uns 2 volle Tage gekostet. Das Haus selbst ist eher rustikal, im Erdgeschoss riecht es muffig und es gibt Schimmel, so dass das Schlafzimmer nur für sehr...

'Das Haus und vor allem der Außenbereich wirkten sehr gepflegt. Das Interieur ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles vorhanden. Die Matratzen waren gut und wirkten neu. Gutes Wasserdruck und heißes Wasser. Es gab sogar Fliegengitter. Die Gartenmöbel sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. '

'We, a family of 4 with kids 11y and 15y stayed here for one week and had a very calm and pleasant stay. The house is complete and clean and provided with airconditioned bedrooms. The big kitchen gives you the opportunity to cook whatever you desire. The garden provides several sitting places to find a spot in the shade and gives you great views on the pool, garden, the old trees and the big rock. The house is on one side protected by the mountain where wild goats walked by now and then....

'Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt! Die Finca liegt wunderschön abgeschieden in den Bergen Mallorcas. Die Gastgeber sind super lieb und zuvorkommend und gingen auf alle unsere Wünsche ein. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der top ausgestatteten Ausenküche, der Grill eignet sich hervorragend um täglich den lokalen Fisch zuzubereiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!'

'Unser Aufenthalt im Juli 2025 war einfach super. Die Beschreibung der Villa stimmt mit unseren Erfahrungen überein. Das Grundstück mit dem großen und schönen Garten kann von keiner Seite eingesehen werden. Die Lage zwischen Pollensa und Alcudia hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen und ist günstig, um den wunderschönen Norden der Insel zu erkunden. 'We enjoyed the stay at Can Neri tremendously. We were so happy to discover this gem in Pollenca. The house is decorated beautifully, the beds are very comfortable, the outside space is perfect for catching the sun or cooling off.
