'Très jolie maison située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. La maison est de plain pied, de style rustique, très fonctionnelle. Grand jardin ensoleillé toute la journée, grande terrasse, et grande piscine à profondeur variable avec des marches, très agréable avec le très beau temps que nous avons eu. De nombreuses jolies balades sont possibles à pied depuis la maison, en particulier au bord de la Loire. Et on est à une quinzaine de minutes en voiture du circuit automobile de Magny cours....

Chauffage a poêle à bois très appréciable. Idéal pour "se mettre au vert" le cadre autour de la maison est très calme. Très arrangeant, je recommande vivement le propriétaire.'

'Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte en bordure du canal du nivernais. Le cadre est parfait, au milieu des bois, dans un jardin parfaitement entretenu. Le gîte en lui-même est très bien, petit mais en parfait état, propre et bien équipé. Il y a une grande terrasse avec salon de jardin, transat. Le seul tout petit bémol est qu’il manque une penderie pour pouvoir suspendre des vêtements. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à la fois dans ce gîte et dans cette région. Le calme et...

'Charmant huis op een heerlijke locatie. Het huis staat op een groot perceel waar ook andere huurders en eigenaren aanwezig zijn. Perceel is alleen zo groot dat je hier niets van merkt in het geval je die erg zou vinden. De kids vonden de afwisseling leuk tussen zwemmen, trampoline en diverse buitenspellen (w.o. handboogschieten). Donzy zelf kent een paar kleinere bezienswaardigheden, heeft een grote supermarkt en een paar kleinere winkels. Verder is het redelijk uitgestorven. Functioneel prima....
