'The beach view at this house is stunning, along with the sunsets. House was very clean and well stocked for all your beach adventures. We used the beach chairs, bikes, sand buckets, football, volleyball and beach towels. It was an easy walk to Balboa for restaurants and the ferry to Balboa Island. I highly recommend this house and will be back with my family of ten!'

'We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property with our kids. The location was unbeatable — the beach was just steps away, and the broadwalk right in front of the house made it easy and fun to explore the area. 'The place was really nice, comfortable and warm. Appreciated all the welcoming details throughout the house (lotions, towels, lip balm and many more). Loved the outdoor area where I could enjoy the fantastic view and feel the ocean. Car access was easy. I felt well taken care of from the start as Frances was kind enough to greet me upon my arrival. Would definitely recommend !'
