'We love this central location in Newport Beach. We've been coming here for years. The furniture and appliances are kept fresh and in good working order. Ann provides umbrellas, boogie boards, children sand toys and folding chairs, which makes it so convenient because all the goodies that you would want are there. 'We had an awesome staycation at this perfect beach house and can’t wait to come back! 'My daughters had a 3 day weekend so we planned some beach time. It was important for us to be right on the sand, and that we were! It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. We walked to the fun zone and to dinner each night so didn't cook at all but enjoyed...

'This is a beautiful home located on the strand overlooking the beach. It's on the corner providing even more open area. The view from the second floor is magnificent. The location near so many great restaurants. The house is well stocked with utensils, coffee, tea, and many other of the comforts of home. The management is fantastic, very accommodating and responsive. All in all one of the best vacations.'
