    We hebben twee huisjes in Nantucket-stijl met exterieur van cederhout en grenen vloeren klaar voor uw komst! Geniet van de rust en stilte van een niet-doorgaande straat met voldoende parkeergelegenheid (maximaal 3 standaard auto's passen op de oprit op aangewezen plekken) en trappen naar de oceaan en de baai.

    Huur het hoofdgebouw of het koetshuis - of huur beide! (OPMERKING: u bekijkt en wordt alleen voor het HOOFDHUIS aangeboden - VRBO # 992883)

    In het volledig gerenoveerde hoofdgebouw, geschikt voor maximaal 8 personen, is de eerste verdieping voorzien van een open woonkamer en een keuken met granieten aanrechtbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten. De eerste verdieping heeft 2 slaapkamers en een eerste verdieping bad met veel * opslag (* opslagruimte, gelegen onder Coach House, is een gedeelde ruimte voor was-en strandartikelen). Centrale lucht is aanwezig voor uw comfort!

    De gehele tweede verdieping wordt bewoond door de master suite en beschikt over een eigen badkamer en een eigen terras voor koffie in de ochtend, loungen terwijl u naar de oceaan luistert of 's avonds naar de sterren kijkt. Natuurlijk is geen strandhuis compleet zonder buitendouche en dit huis is geen uitzondering. Eet buiten in het warme weer. We bieden een gasgrill aan, samen met een tafel en stoelen.

    En hoe fijn is het om niet naar de stad te rijden als u geen zin hebt om te parkeren! Neem de GRATIS shuttle overal mee naar toe. Bekijk de lokale website van LBI voor meer informatie en wees voorbereid op het plezier hebben van alle activiteiten en evenementen die LBI te bieden heeft!

    Ons koetshuis op de tweede verdieping biedt klassieke, knoestige grenen muren en houten vloeren voor eenvoudige zorg. Het grote huis met één slaapkamer is geschikt voor 4 personen (een slaapkamer met een queensize bed en een slaapbank in de woonkamer). De slaapkamer heeft ingebouwde kasten en voldoende kastruimte. De royale open plattegrond biedt u een woonkamer, eetkamer, decoratieve open haard, een 3-delige badkamer (geen bad) en een complete keuken. Centrale lucht is aanwezig voor uw comfort!

    Een ruim terras voor outdoor entertainment is recht voor de deur, samen met een tafel en stoelen (een gasgrill is voorzien op de begane grond) Er is voldoende * opslag (* opslagruimte, gelegen onder Coach House, is een gedeelde ruimte met Main Huis voor wasgoed en strandartikelen) op de eerste verdieping.

    De oceaan ligt op een steenworp afstand en uw avond kan worden gevuld met sterren kijken of genieten van een leuke avond uit in de stad! En natuurlijk is geen strandhuis compleet zonder buitendouche!

So close to the beach and a short bike ride to all of the Beach Haven attractions. We loved the quiet neighborhood.

Great place in Holgate!

My family and I (including our dog Maisy) came down for the last week of the summer, and very much enjoyed our stay. The house was just a few homes off the (not crowded) beach, well appointed, and Lisa was a fantastic host. She was always available, lovely, and very easy to rent from. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Loved our stay.

We rented both houses for our family vacation, and had a wonderful time. So many memories. Would definitely recommend staying here! The area was nice and quiet and the beach was beautiful. Great house!

My family loved this house so much last year we decided to stay again this year and it was fantastic! The house is well stocked, clean and comfortable and steps from the beach! Great street for kids to ride their bikes and scooters. The house is a short walk to the bay, tennis courts and a great deli! You’ll definitely enjoy your stay on LBI in this house.

Cozy Beach Cottage

Fabulous home in perfect location!!

My family and I including our dog have rented the main house a few times and it is beautiful! The location is ideal at the end of LBI steps from the beach. The best part is the master suite and deck to watch the sunset on. Will be back.

The Southern Tip of LBI

The property was as described. I love LBI so it is hard to disappoint. I stayed for two weeks and found the beach access to be easy and beautiful. The home was maintained well, very comfortable, with access to everything I needed for beach and home. I brought my own Fire TV Stick, as the home has basic TV and internet, so we were able to watch whatever we wanted. We had a great time.

Best Location in LBI

We selcted this property because Lication Location Location. 5 houses from the last beach access on the Southern tip of LBI. Some of my favorite featurea were the Location! HEE HEE. The outdoor shower and the fact that this last street in the island is not a thru street! No traffic!

Happiness in Holgate!

Very clean and comfortable home on dead end street and steps to the beach, just what we needed! Bunk rooms perfect for the kids with their own bathroom. They loved it! Upstairs master bedroom is very comfortable, nice updated bathroom and the deck is so enjoyable. Rented main house and guest house and it was a perfect set up for our family. Many nice beach chairs and bikes to use. Outdoor showers were great! We will return next year!

Excellent property and location

We really enjoyed staying in the main property. It is on a quiet dead end street at the end of the island and just footsteps away from some beautiful beaches. The property itself was extremely spacious and comfortable, and Lisa provides most everything that you need. She is very communicative and responsive. We love Long Beach Island and have been there several times; we've rented off of Lisa multiple times and plan to continue this trend in the future! Highly recommend!!

Holgate house

We had a Fantastic week. Holgate is a bit out of the way from the action. The bugs are tough too! Other then that the house was perfect.

Family Beach Vacation

The house was the perfect size for my family. My husband and I enjoyed the upstairs sitting area and deck. We spent the late afternoon on the deck after the beach and watched movies in the evening. It gave us space away from the kids. The proximity to the beach was perfect. You could hear the ocean waves from the house. The deli down the block was perfect for snacks, sandwiches, and coffee. We had a lovely time.
