« We had an event at the Brant Beach Yacht Club which is 400 feet away from this property. So if you have an event at the Yacht Club this is the PERFECT LOCATION! The house has ALL the amenities and then some! It has bedding which is a very hard find in LBI. It was meticulously clean, games, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, and much more! I very highly recommend "Sandy Pants"!!! Jim and Noelle were amazing hosts too! Great communication. »

« When we pulled up we could hardly believe how ideal the house is situated on the bay. It is a fun layout with lots of beautiful views of the water, comfortable rooms that accommodated 7 adults (mom and dad, children and friends), and everyone was happy. Just sitting in the yard right on the bay is great. Kayaks at the house and easy launching into the bay add an extra nice feature. « We were very happy to find a rental in this price range that has four bedrooms instead of the usual three and two bathrooms instead of one. There are also two common areas - the kitchen/living room downstairs and a large upstairs living room. It's not like a fancy hotel and more like our own older house with its accumulated minor imperfections, such as not-quite-even paint jobs, a door that sticks, and window air conditioners instead of central air. « This apartment was as advertised! It’s a beautiful updated/modern condo. Very clean and quaint. John was a great host and check-in process was very easy. Very close 7 min walk to the beach. Good location. There are a bunch of restaurants, mini golf, and other things w/in walking distance. Great for family of 4 as they have a good bunk bed in 2nd room.
