⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Stay I booked the Radisson Hotel Charlotte Airport through Expedia for three nights, August 22–25, 2026, and unfortunately the condition of my room was unacceptable. The bathroom had visible mold, the mattress had a large urine stain, there was a large hole/damaged area in the wall, and the ironing board was broken and unstable and had to be propped against furniture just to stand. I took photos documenting these conditions. I also want to be fair and make it clear that not all of the staff were a problem. The ladies working the morning shift were good and professional, and the man and woman working the afternoon shift were both very helpful and professional. I appreciated how they treated us. My issue was specifically with the female employee working the late-night/overnight shift. My experience with her was completely different. She was rude, unwelcoming, and very unprofessional. During the overnight hours, I repeatedly observed her sitting at a table on her phone and taking long smoke/vape breaks. Her overall demeanor made it seem as though she did not want to be there, and I did not feel comfortable approaching her about the serious problems with the room. What really stood out was when we left the hotel around 12:00 a.m. She never looked our way, acknowledged us, or even asked whether we were checking out.
