'If you through Expedia, the hotel treats you horrible. The price is the same if you book through the hotel website maybe a very small difference but you get water park tickets you get kitchen ware and you get treated differently. I booked through Expedia and Didn’t get any water park tickets no kitchen culinary no pots no pans not even forks spoons or cups. When I called downstairs they said I booked through a third party and that is not included, the same thing they said when we arrived...

'I was very disappointed to see the condition of the room upon checking in. The fabric on both of the chairs in the room was heavily stained and had spots of matted dirt. The walls near the bathroom had spots of some type of sticky substance in several areas.
I went to grab a quick shower and the first towel I grabbed had a large blueish stain that went through the fabric. The blow dryer that was available in the room was matted with hair on the intake section of the device.
