'Overall, a very nice experience. Was disappointed that there wasn't a fridge in the room that could actually be used and that there wasn't any drawers. Also, the TV signals were often too weak to watch basic cable channels like ESPN. But the room was very nice otherwise and we enjoyed our overall experience. I would definitely recommend.'

'Our room was located under the lounge. All night long we heard people running back and forth and furniture moving. We called the front desk and the man said he would go up and talk to the guest in the lounge. It only got louder and louder all night long. Upon checking out I told the front seat desk person and she offered us a bottle of wine. She definitely did not care. We got absolutely zero sleep. We will absolutely not go back.'

'The hotel is conveniently located to attend concerts at Penn's Peak and to visit Jim Thorpe. It is clean with updated rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful.'

'Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to local restaurants and bars. Our room was "City view" and it was a bit loud but they give ear plugs. I would recommend a portable fan or white noise to help. It didn't effect our sleep. My husband and I stayed 2 nights and went hiking. Ricketts Glen State Park and Falls were 1 hour 20 minutes away and well worth the travel there and back for a great day trip. The falls were amazing! Also, hiked Bushkill Falls which was 20 minutes...
