« Hôtel historique (19ème siècle) au centre de la petite et typique ville de Jim Thorpe. Chambre (Deluxe King) vaste, propre plutôt bien équipée avec SdB séparée avec baignoire. La chambre donnait sur la rue donc assez bruyante... même la nuit (passage des éboueurs, traffic tôt le matin). Accueil un peu réservé mais les cookies offerts à l'arrivée sont sympas! Le pub attenant est très sympa et nous avons bénéficié par l'hôtel d'un bon pour un PdJ américain à 7$. »

And I will say that the Hampton hotel that we stayed at last night was absolutely perfect and I can usually pick something out. « The ambiance of the property and hotel is lovely. We were a bit put off at arriving an 1 1/2 early and being told without even asking what our names were or what room that it was not ready. We would have preferred them saying they don’t allow early access or charges us a pro rated amount for the room. The restaurant is very good and our waiter was wonderful. Outside of the initial interaction with the front desk, the time was wonderful »

« Excellent séjour! Par contre, nous avons voulu un upgrade pour un plus grand lit ou une chambre à lit double mais la seule solution pour y arriver était de prendre une seconde chambre... le problème étant que la réservation avait été faite et payée via Hotel.com. L’hôtel n'a jamais voulu accepter un paiement supplémentaire pour conclure l'upgrade. Nous avons donc dormi dans un plus petit lit!!! Hotel.com devrait prévoir un mécanisme plus simple dans un tel cas. »
