'Honestly, my family and I travel VERY often. This has to be one of the WORST stays we’ve experienced. Found bed bugs, pool had some molding around the edges and by chairs, pool and gym had codes in order to get in the doors which we needed to do about 3 times in order for them to work. 'This was a great place to take my granddaughter her last day of school. She loves swimming. Pools are to cold ocean is freezing. Pool was very clean and hot tub very relaxing. Suggestion for pool area have a bathroom in or closer to pool rather then lounge and check in desk. Lounge is great every night they have something going on. You don’t have to stay but optional. 'We chose to stay here based off all the good reviews it had. I’m not really sure why it got so many good reviews other than for it being located on Main Street. The room didn’t feel super clean and the bed was so uncomfortable we hardly slept. The continental breakfast was a joke. There was hardly anything but cereal and some sketchy boiled eggs to choose from.'

'Fantastic hotel. Everything was clean , and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel shows it age, but they do a great job keeping everything up to date. Breakfast was your traditional continental breakfast, but tasted great and fresh. The pool was warm and I enjoyed that they keep it open until 10pm. I was able to take a quick dip after dinner. The pool is a heated as well.'

'The property was very nice, and the location very good. I drove into the downtown area of Stroudsburg, and enjoyed exploring the shops, restaurants, and coffee cafes. I think the desk staff could have been a little more enthusiastic, and offered more of a friendly greeting when guests arrived and/or departed. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, and the kitchen staff was very nice & helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!'

'I used to come here years ago when hiking sections of the Appalachian Trail which is just down the road a bit; the rebrand is exceptional, with super, super clean rooms, exceptionally friendly staff, super clean grounds, 100% smoke free and a Dunkin attached to the hotel! What’s there not to love! Great job!'
