« Positives: the host was quick to respond when I had questions, and explained things that I hadn't found on my own yet. The space was very neat and clean, the heating was a bit noisy but I stopped noticing after a while (like white noise) on the other hand it was very warm and toasty! The kitchen was adequate for basic cooking and the bedroom and living room very comfy!! My only issue was the triple-chirp of the carbon monoxide detector/smoke detector every minute. « Host sent detailed communication prior to check in with all the information we would need. The host was also very responsive with an issue of a possible left item after the trip. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Location next to the mountain was perfect and the view was of one of the runs! Located directly next to the pools/hot tubs/sauna so the whole family was very happy after a day if skiing. »

« We enjoyed our stay at the Appalachian. Our room was very comfortable and clean. A short one minute walk from the slopes with parking underneath made it especially convenient. »

« Beautiful property, nicely situated being able to view the hot tub, sauna area, and edge of ski lifts. Some great games to keep busy on a cozy day in or chilly night like when it was in the teens while we were there next to the fireplace. Only downside was few glasses other than coffee mugs that matched, one solo 16oz glass, and a glass cappuccino cup, remaining glasses were all mugs. One of the seats was replaced at the kitchen table, not an issue for us at all, it was unclear when the chair...

« Amazing rental! Super easy check-in and hosts were so gracious answering any questions we had. The unit is immaculate and has everything you need. The views are pristine and the amenities like the pools, hot tub and sauna were so relaxing after some runs down the slope. You can walk right to the slopes and go! We will be back! »

« The location's beauty was truly remarkable. We have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. It would be helpful to have additional trash bags readily available, beyond those already in the waste bins. 2. The fuse for the downstairs bedroom and bathroom frequently tripped. Aside from these minor issues, it was an absolutely perfect winter retreat. »

« The condo was excellent, just as described and perfect for our visit. Very clean, larger bathroom than expected. The pool, which you can view from the private balcony, looked relaxing but it rained during our stay. We met family near by for an event and when we returned to the property, we still found the bar, Jack Otto's open until 11 pm as well as the sundries shop next door! Underground private parking felt safe and convenient with elevator near by. My husband enjoyed fresh coffee the next...
