« Great place to stay!! The cabin was spotless and in a great location. Jenna was great to deal with and she always answered any questions I had about the cabin. I would definitely recommend staying there. »

« Beautiful newly renovated home. Has everything you need for a great stay. Very clean. Plenty of parking. Pretty far out there but peaceful with a great view. Would definitely stay again if we head back that way. »

« The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. « 5 stars for location, communication and amenities! Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. It is less than a minute down the road from an amazing marketplace, delicious restaurant and it close to a science center and trails to walk on.Would stay again.Thank you...

« Upon arrival, we were greeted to a welcoming wave and smile by Kyle the property manager. Kyle was wonderful to work with over the phone and took care of booking issues promptly. We truly enjoyed our stay in Holderness. The unit itself was very cute and adequate for our stay. However, we would like to have had some coffee on hand in the kitchen and perhaps some glass microwavable containers to use during our stay. « Thanks so much for hosting us! we have been coming to squam for 20+ years and never stayed at the boulders. The space was great for the price and right on the lake. We had no issues whatsoever and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a cabin type weekend by the water. »

« This is a perfect spot for a little beach vacation. The beach was large enough to accommodate everyone, but small enough to feel cute and intimate. I wasn't expecting free use of a variety of boats, which was an amazing perk. My kids explored kayaking and paddle boarding, and they loved the swim platform. The unit itself was clean and updated. « We had a lovely stay! The interior of the home was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped — especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed for cooking during our stay. The space was thoughtfully arranged and made for a relaxing visit.While the inside of the home was great, we did notice that the exterior could use a bit of general maintenance.
