'From start to finish the staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Hosts were also amazing and were on top of everything, requests were handled with a quick response. Suite was well equipped, tastefully decorated and clean, balcony was a bonus. The neighborhood is just outside the tourist zone but very walkable to everything in Zona Romantica. Be kind to the stray cats and dogs, feed them if you can, they are part of the charm. '

'This hotel was an amazing last minute find! So clean, the bed very comfortable and the room is very spacious with beautiful old and new decor. The shower is hot and good pressure. The church bell is frequent but I loved it, I found it to be a beautiful sound and a reminder of the time. I slept with earplugs and did not hear it once. The view is incredible and you are just high enough to be away from the hustle bustle yet still able to walk to everything. The front desk staff Emanuel and Daniela...

'It was our 3rd stay at V Azul and again we absolutely loved it! The apartments are amazing, there’s everything you need. The property is very well maintained and clean. The pool on the roof has a spectacular view! The location is perfect: close to the beach and great restaurants. And last but not least: people working at Azul are very friendly and always willing to help. We cannot wait to be back!'

'Staff was exceptional and the hotel has such charm - absolutely gorgeous. The pool area was so relaxing and lush. Our room was on the main floor and not as nice as some of the other rooms in the photos but we were only there for one night. We would totally stay there again and upgrade to another suite. A hidden gem in Zona Romantica ❤️'
