'Could not have stayed at a better place in Tamarindo. Comfortable room overlooking the pool. Complementary breakfast was cooked to order. Staff is friendly and helpful. Access to the beach club across the street which had everything you would need for an enjoyable day in the sun. Will definitely be back!!'

'We had an excellent time at the Mikado. It was our first time to Costa Rica and it was probably one of our best holidays. Such a fun adventure. Lolo was an excellent host and if you do stay you must take advantage of her dinners. Incredibly romantic. The location is perfect. Quick drives to Tamarindo, Playa Avellanas and Playa Conchal. Great places to explore and then return to the peace and tranquility of the lodge. Absolutely perfect. '

As a young couple traveling to Costa Rica from the US who wanted access to the beach and night life, this was the perfect spot for us.
