'Rooms were spotless and serviced every day. Beautiful stay in the middle of woods with a serene and accessible beach. We stayed 5 nights with all inclusive package.
Things we loved:
- Direct access to the water to snorkel and it was worth it
- Beautiful location
-Beautiful architecture -love how the light hit the chandeliers in the main area
- Clean rooms
-Clean pools
- Great staff (except front desk)
-Loved the New Years celebration

'Muy buen lugar, así empiezan las descripciones, pero quedan cortas las palabras expresar que; casi no quisieras descansar por contemplar sus vistas a la naturaleza, y lo fácil que es relajarse y consentirse con sus vistas dentro de la habitación y jazuzzi. En familia es una maravilla y entre miradas intercambiadas con tu pareja es excepcional. El personal de apoyo muy sólidos tras "bambalinas" y el WhatsApp. Un invitado de gala entre la realeza maya. Muchas Gracias. '
