Flats in Playa Hermosa

'Absolutely loved the property! It was so key to have three bedrooms and three bathrooms, so our son and daughter didn't have to share. It was amazing having our own private pool which all of us enjoyed every day. We sat on the patio at night and listened to the waves and even grilled out one night. We had a fabulous view of the ocean and even saw monkeys below us in the trees. Thankfully we were told before we came that we should probably rent a car because there really isn't anything walkable...

'When I want a quick Costa Rican vacation I always stay within Reserva Conchal where this unit is located. The unit is simply fantastic. It has everything you need in the house including laundry. The home was clean, the host was very responsive for the one small issue we had and overall the place was fantastic and well priced.The only thing I wish the unit had was a BBQ on the patio, but there is one at the pool which we used while we waited out the rain. Overall I would highly recommend this...

'This place is beautiful! It was so clean when we got there. Communication with host and property manager is great. Rosa met us and showed us around. 24/7 security and it is so safe. The grounds are well kept. We were able to see howler monkeys out the front door! Sunsets are beautiful. The condo is at the top of a steep hill so walk to the beach could be a little difficult for some. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely recommend and go back to again if we get the chance! '

'The condo is in great condition, had all the utensils that you could need, the unit is very quiet and near the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, could have hung out there for weeks.'

'It states 1 min from the beach. This is false! The complex beach club house is, but not the apartment where you stay. It is a 10-15 min walk. The whole point of us booking this stay was because it was on the beach. We had our pregnant daughter with us and didn’t want her to have to walk far in the heat. Very disappointed at the misleading information given. We have always trusted Hotel.com and use them all the time. A valuable lesson was learned. This was not what we were sold when we...

'Property was very clean, comfortable and in very good condition. Short walk to the beach. The beach was clean and not overly crowded, with locals and tourists. We walked the beach to the connected rocks/land during low tide each morning. We always felt safe. Check in/out was very easy at the office. Property owner provided excellent information about excursions and the area and was very responsive to emails. Excellent location for family vacation. We did have a rental car and would recommend...

'We really enjoyed this place. The location is very convenient just up the hill from the beach access. The place is just as listed, clean and nice. The pool is lovely and an amazing view of the beach. Note there is not a hot tub, just an extension to the pool.Just as important, the Zindis team was amazing to work with. Incredibly responsive to any of our questions and helped reserve and pay for all of our excursions. This was very valuable. We'd absolutely rent here again.'
