« Room was clean but was a bit musty smelling upon arrival. There were some communication issues with property managers regarding check in date/times but they were resolved prior to arriving. My kids were concerned with the amount of red ants that would visit each night. The property managers did arrange for us to get traps and spray after a few days. « Verbo's communication app didn't work for me. So we had a hard time getting our checkin information. We got it 20 minutes after we arrived through a tenant. Our unit really stunk of fish 🐟 that the previous tenant had cooked. Even the towels smelled. Steve offered to upgrade us to a better villa, but we were too tired after a long day of travel. He provided some incense and air freshener which did the trick. Overall we had a pleasant stay. The villas need a little repair, but ok. It was...

The property is beautiful, well landscaped and maintained, and the staff were very friendly. The building we stayed in was newly built so the spaces were pristine.
