INFINITO, built in 2008, is an ultra modern complex in the heart of Playa Del Carmen... only steps from the shopping, nightlife, and soul of 5th Avenue - and also one block from the beach.
Our roof top pool has beautiful views of the caribbean over looking the Royal Resort.
There are lounge chairs for sunning and also a patio table and chairs. Great place for coffee in the morning.
If you are looking for modern luxury and the best location in town, this is the place to stay. Finish materials such as granite floors & counters, glass tile bathrooms, stainless steel kitchen appliances set in polished hardwood cabinetry, and large sliding glass patio doors for lots of natural light.
Off the main living area of your condo is a large courtyard with patio table & chairs... which can be illuminated at night for entertaining or just relaxing. High ceilings, minimalist design, modern art, and comfortable beds!
Though Playa is a very safe & quiet town, Infinito maintains a locked front entrance. Your condo has a private internal entrance with an Elevator to all levels. Additionally, private underground parking is provided for one car during your stay.
Nearby... we are located just a short walk to famous Mamita's Beach, and the incredible '5th Avenue' is 30 meters from your front door - where you'll find all of the best restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and culture in Playa Del Carmen.

Mexico getaway

I only dealt with Lyle and he was very quick to answer questions and help us out when we asked. This property has a great location. You can’t beat it. I don t feel it was quite a luxury condo as it was advertised. There were patio issues. There was a leak in the front patio prior to our arrival and we were told about it so it wasn’t a surprise. The flooring on the back patio off bedrooms however was very poor and you had to be careful where you walked.

Good location

This is a good location. Condo is as described. Bring batteries (AAA, AA) since remote controls may not work with the dead batteries in the remotes. Don't count on the laundry. The machine is both washer and dryer. After completion of the wash and dry cycles, there was still standing water in the machine. Ran again and the water was removed but the clothes were not dry. Second load, same thing as just mentioned. Ran again and the water was removed but the clothes were not dry. I did not prefer the interactions with the owner.

Great stay

Had a great stay at this property. Location is excellent and the rooftop pool area is a great perk. Communications with host Lyle were timely and quick to respond with questions or concerns. Small issue with air conditioning that was immediately resolved...could've been user error. The only thing I wished for was extra beach towels. There was one for each person but those got nasty after using twice. There is a washer/dryer but we didn't feel like dealing with it so we just rented towels at Mamitas Beach club. Thanks for the great stay!

Comfortable condo in an excellent location

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is in the heart of Playa. You can easily and quickly walk to the beach, amazing restaurants, and shopping, and return to the condo in between to freshen up. It was surprisingly quiet too; we slept very well every night. The air conditioning and beds are super comfortable. The condo’s kitchen is fully equipped (including purified water dispenser/cooler). The condo has plenty of towels, including dish, body, face and beach towels. The pool was a bit too cold for us in December. However, we loved seeing the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the roof patio. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

Great place in the heart of Playa and a few steps from 5th Ave. and beaches. The condo is very cozy and have all the amenities you will need for a stay. having a parking spot n the garage was a plus. I will stay again!!

Emplacement idéal !

Situé près de la plage,à un coin de rue de la 5e avenue,tout en étant à l'écart du bruit. Avons bien profité de la piscine sur le toit avec la vue magnifique. Quelques problèmes vite résolus dès qu'on rejoint la gérante,très bon service. Communication facile avec le propriétaire,répond vite à toutes nos questions avant notre arrivée. Séjour inoubliable, j'y retournerais volontiers avec grand plaisir.

Awesome location and nice rooftop pool

Property is as advertised, plenty of space, good AC and internet. The location is the best thing about this place, 5 minute walk to the beach, very near to the 5th avenue tourist street. Playa in general is very walkable and I was able to get everywhere I wanted to go in 20 minutes on foot. Also thanks so much to Lyle for being so responsive!

Perfect vacation!

This condo was amazing! We had literally no complaints! Everything was exactly as expected and better. Awesome location close to everything, beautiful rooftop pool, we only had to share the area with one other set of guests throughout the week which was nice. The washer and dryer is a nice touch, saved having to pack so much. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone interested in visiting Playa Del Carmen! The locked entrance also made everything feel extra safe. Thanks Lyle and Jan for offering such a wonderful place to stay!

Playa condo stay.

Great value and location. Clean. Quiet pool. Cervercia accross street has affordable food and drink. Got prompt response to and repair of water leak. Only negative was the pictures gave you the impression that would be able to sit in outdoor swinging chairs and that their was hammock. The swinging chairs need replaced/falling apart/ not useable. No hammock. Overall great experience

Wonderful quiet apartment. Great location, just off the main drag, few blocks to the beach and a rooftop pool. Lyle is a great host, anything we needed he provided and so quickly. We’re coming back next year!

The property is nicely nestled in the location we prefer to stay in while in Playa. The property was well maintained,clean and safe. We enjoyed the pool area and interacting with other Canadians. While in Playa we rented a car and it was an added convenience to have secure underground parking.

The condo is very clean,well équiped with a brand new washing drying machine. It is perfectly located close to a major grocery store Mega. It is only one block from the 5th avenue with restaurants of all kinds and to the beach. A great place for vacations.

Nice clean condo close to 5th street. The condo is on the far side of building which means less noise from the bars. Felt very secure and close to the beach too. They were extremely quick to attend to a washer motor malfunction. Also they helped arrange our airport transportation. We would stay here again if coming to Playa Del Carmen.

WONDERFUL STAY! PERFECT LOCATION!

We just returned from a family vacation (kids are 7 and 21) and had a wonderful time in Playa Del Carmen while staying at this condo. The location of this property is exactly what we needed! Everything was within walking distance - we were in the heart of it all! It was great to walk out of the condo building and be one block off 5th avenue where we could find so many options for delicious food and great shopping. And our walk to the beach was close enough to take our own cooler, beach toys, etc..no problem getting to the beach and finding a great spot where we could relax and play! A definite perk with this beach location is that on one side of the pier, there were more waves and we could boogie board, etc. On the other side of the pier, the water was calmer and we could relax and sit in the water with our drinks...really fun to have both options just yards from each other! Also, we were really impressed with the security at the condo. First, we noticed that the condo has its own parking space in a gated parking area under the condo building - how safe and convenient! Then, the building had a locked door to the street so the folks in the condo building and pool area are only those staying at the condo (each night we came back to the condo, they had a security guard stationed at the condo building door - so safe!). We can't say enough about the condo itself. Two full bathrooms were a treat for our family. And all the kitchen amenities were terrific! We ate breakfast each morning in the condo, which made it really easy for us with the kids. Another perk at this condo is that it has a washer and dryer....we didn't use it, but it's great to know that when we return, if we stay longer, we have that option! We love this place and can't wait for our next trip to Playa Del Carmen and Casa Lunita!
