'Staff were very helpful and let us check in early'

'The hotel was oké, it needs some work. The room was great however the sofa bed was terrible. During the night we found out the toilet needed plumbing which made the room smell all night. They did help, so the second night was better. '

'Kamer was schoon en de indeling was ideaal voor ons gezin. Woongedeelte voor de kids en de aparte slaapkamer voor de ouders. Het hele hotel zag er netjes uit. Het ontbijt was klein, maar wel goed. Koffie, muffins, fruit, cornflakes en chocolademelk. Het was allemaal vers. Het terras buiten was ook voorzien van dikke kussens om op te zitten. Wasruimte was ideaal. In het zwembad lagen drie dode insecten, dat was het enige minpuntje. Ik zou dit hotel zo weer boeken.'

'The room was clean with plenty of parking. Breakfast was pretty good. Elevators were a little dirty. Front desk was helpful but there was a storm during our stay. The pool wasnt open on time the next day. We didnt know this and went and asked how to access the pool, dressed in suits with towels. He told us and after we went outside we saw it was closed. We came back in and said 'oh. Its closed temporarily because of the storm.' That part is fine but it was a little irksome that he didnt say...

'the rooms were dark, not enough light. The air conditioning didn't work as well in the bedroom. a desk chair was broken.'

'Bathroom and bed was clean. But the property is showing wear and tear. Carpet in our room needed to be cleaned and we had a fogged window that you could not see out. Front desk person was nice. Just time for a remodel.'

'When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.'
