'Room smelt like sewage and continued to get worse with time. (Stayed two nights) We alerted the front desk multiple times. They offered air freshener spray. They stated there ‘is nothing they can do for us unless we’d like to share a room with another guest’. This was more than disgusting and the rude staff did nothing to investigate the situation or offer another room. Pool under maintenance/not usable. Booked this stay over others to have this amenity. Will not stay again.'
