The host management (TYCA) was defensive and unhelpful when issues were raised.We found live cockroaches. « We had a dinner for a grooms dinner and found this to be the perfect spot! The kitchen was well stocked and wonderful to cook in. Our guests were very impressed. It was immaculate and their is a Whole Foods just a block and a half away or a costco a short drive away. We loved cooking on the grill on the deck and the guys enjoyed having the gas fireplace and couches there as well! Lovely place! »

« Where do I begin--- 1) upon checking in Friday a maintenance guy was parked in the driveway so I had to contact the owner where to park since the property is on a very narrow road and there is no available street parking, 2) maintenance guy was on the property for almost 2 hours to get heat and hot water working, 3) I was instructed to turn up the heat to heat up the water (that didn't work, couldn't take comfortable warm showers at bedtime after a long travel day), 3) left early in the morning...
