Lighthouse Beach

Hotel staff lack customer service skills, are not welcoming go or helpful. Treated us like a nuisance, walked to the room after check in and room keys did not work employee sitting next to the room on his phone was not able to provide assistance or call for help, had to walk to the reception again to get room keys fixed. Hotel has an overall dirty appearance, grounds, floors, hallways, receptions area are all dirty. Rooms are due for a major renovation, this is an all inclusive facility and room attendant failed to replace room water bottles. Also the buffet restaurant menu is always the same bland cafeteria food, menu doesn’t change need major improvements. This shouldn’t be advertised as an all inclusive hotel.
