'The house was clean and well organised, probably renovated and painted. However, none of the bedrooms have heaters just two central heaters in the living areas, some beds are heated. Also for the price we paid, there were no sufficient toilet rolls. When we contacted then if there were any extra at the property, they asked us to buy from the supermarkets nearby, Would have been a better experience if they were sufficiently stocked depending on number of people and days. 'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Back Beach Oasis. House was clean, beds were comfortable, outside pergola area was great which is where we spent most of our time. The spa was amazing - well kept and very clean. House is fully fenced and all on one level which made it easier for our Goldie who struggles with stairs. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.'
