'We visited COZUMEL 2 years ago and was looking forward to staying at Secrets Aura. We were disappointed that food and service has gone down in quality. Restaurants did not have a lot of items tochoose from and guests were relegated to buffet but that can get old. Simple things like amenities and cleaning seem to be challenging to request. '

'This is a lovely little gem on Cozumel—very laid-back and family-style. The property is run by a very friendly and attentive owner who is often on-site, which made the stay feel safe and welcoming. 'Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable à l’hébergement Sayu à Cozumel et nous le recommandons. L’emplacement est idéal, très près du centre-ville. Le site est magnifique, avec un beau jardin et une piscine très appréciée. Points positifs : lit King très confortable, climatisation silencieuse, 2e réfrigérateur pratique, grande table extérieure parfaite pour les repas, eau de douche bien chaude. 'Mooi ingericht. Centrale en toch rustige ligging. Terras met zitgelegenheid en hangmat. Airco en koelkast maken voor mij te veel geluid. Matras ligt op houten plank. Veel trappen geen lift. Vragen van te voren in een aparte email om via paypall te betalen. Willen graag van te voren weten hoe laat je komt. Ontvangst ervaarde ik als onvriendelijk.
