My husband and I have enjoyed our stay in the Pierhouse. We had a beautiful room and the views were amazing. In the morning sitting on our balcony with a cup of coffee you couldn't start the day any better! Friendly, helpfull, wonderfull people running the hotel as well. It was our first time in Corfu, our first stay at the Pierhouse and we are already planning our second stay there next year. There is always something what you come across that you are disappointed with but that can happen anywhere. We have had the best vacation ever Thankyou Pierhouse

Communication via the app was non existent. The hotel was meant to be staffed during the night but there was nobody there. The hotel was understaffed. There was a leak coming from the ceiling in the room. I received another room. Several small issues with the room. The staff were friendly. The location was good
