'This was our first time at a non-all inclusive. Tips are what gets the great service so 15% is the floor even if you are doing the included breakfast. Great resort and close to a full grocery market for additional needs. Junior suite has good size fridge with icemaker and drinking water is supplied to the room twice a day.'

'This was my first time booking through Expedia and i’m sooo happy that I found Hotel Indigo! Everything was PERFECT! The property was clean and the perfect size to walk around. Only 5min walk from the beach or they have a golf cart that brings you as well. The restaurant had the BEST food i’ve ever had at a hotel, i was shocked! The room was spacious and very clean. Lastly the staff was beyond kind and accommodating. I will definitely choose Hotel Indigo next time as well!'

'The bath tub/shower drain was clogged the first day we got in and took a shower. Also there was roaches in drinking glass locker in the kitchen. I'll post my pics on social media of both shower water in the tub while taking a shower that wasn't going down and roaches in locker. This was the worst trip and resort ever!! I felt my vacation that cost over 5 thousand money was a waste!! I'll never recommend booking with Expedia again.'

'The resort and people were amazing especially Ericka, Jane, and Sherry!!! Erika works at the boutique, Jane greets you for breakfast, and Sherry is usually at the swim bar. They make everything feel seamless. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I think the rooms could use smart tvs for better television watching and they need outlets by the bed to allow technical device charging. I would definitly stay here again when going back to Turks & Caicos!'

Situated in the center of all the restaurants, shops and hotels in Grace Bay -- you can get to just about anything by foot if you go right or left when you exit their door. Beyond that, the stretch of ocean the property sits on is pristine, perfect and QUIET. There was no race for chairs or chaos. Very few people even from the property by the water. The housekeeping service is excellent; they even wash your dishes. Once or twice they left fewer towels than we needed, but that's normal—they're human beings!
