'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'Colibri court is very well kept. The rooms are beautiful! Beach towels for use. Parking out front. Grocery on way In To property. Asha is very accessible if anything is needed. The pools were clean. Small one for kids was perfect. Thank you '

'I liked the view of the sea in the mornings at breakfast. It was very calming. My room had a patio, also with a sea view, that was ideal for yoga. I was able to walk in the mornings on the road by the hotel. There isn’t much traffic so it was safe and convenient. That aside, the staff were amazing and hospitable.'

'This resort is extremely beautiful, perfectly nestled on a coastline hillside. The resort is very well maintained with a variety of outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the scenery, including a variety of lounging areas, beach cabanas and a coastline boardwalk! The staff are very courteous and the onsite manager is quite accommodating in ensuring ur stay is as comfortable as can be. We were also particularly impressed with the twice daily housekeeping! 'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'Our stay at the Royalton Chic was truly relaxing. Although not perfect the staff did their best to provide excellence. The hard work of the staff was a breath of fresh air. Especially if you're looking for a get away from the noise that life presents us. I would return back to this resort.'
