'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'

There's a gap under the door so you can here noise from the corridor very well..We got a free bottle of cava and a platter of fruits!Unfortunately the cava was not cold and the mini-bar was not working well... The toilet was leaking,we found the bathroom very small. We did not like the bed,the frame was bigger than the mattress.So getting out of the bed is not...

'The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again.
