'Very quiet place. The good restaurants are to be found downtown Ventura. Although the hotel is nice and quiet, the breakfast is way too overrated. It is a simple breakfast without possibility to order eggs or anything else. Even the toast machines are simple household toasters The plates are disposables like the plastic cutlery. In a Hilton hotel we expect at least metal silverware and decent plates and cups. '

'They have this text called Henry where you can text any question you want while you stay at this resort and they immediately answer you 24/7. I thought it was AI but then I asked and it’s really the people at the front desk texting back to me so then I felt a little bad because I was texting all the time asking different questions but they were so wonderful and they did not make me feel like I was bothering them. It was very helpful cause some of the questions I really did need to know.'

'really special place, the staff were wonderful, the property was well maintained. location is walking distance to the beach and downtown. Really feels like camping but never like you’re roughing it. Suggest booking a larger unit if you want a roomy shower, but the coziness of our camper was nice. will definitely be back!'

'Goed hotel met prima service en goed ontbijt. Enkel is het redelijk gehorig. Zeker wanneer je aan de snelweg kant een kaner hebt. Het ontbijt was heel goed met uitstekende service. Het bed was comfortabel en groot en de kamer was schoon. Het hotel ligt dicht bij de haven wat handig is wanneer je naar de channel islands wil gaan. '

'The only reason I am giving it a 3 star review is because of one of there receptionist that works there and I truly wish I would've remembered her name. The operational manager was extremely rude and didn't even care when I explained that the carpets felt humid when we first checked and I even showed her my wet sock and she took of her shoe and said I see what your talking about but your only option is to move rooms but not guaranteed to have my two rooms together. The shower had pink mold on...
