"This accommodation is located around 15-20 min walk from the "hart" of Moalboal including the closest beach. It is an easy walk, or if more preferred, a motorbike or a tuk-tuk ride. The place was kept clean and tidy and the communication with the staff was very easy. They were very helpful with all the questions I had and one of the receptionists has greatly helped me on my last morning when I was heavily mistreated by some of the scam "taxi services". The place hires local people as their staff which I also found very positive. The yard is nicely decorated with a small pool and I especially enjoyed my first morning coffees there. Yes, you will hear the roosters and dogs as the place is embedded in the local community, however, this is nothing that a good pair of sleep earplugs wont resolve. I would always recommend this accommodation, primary because of a very kind stuff, and also because it is far enough from the madness and noise of the "central" Moalboal, and still close enough to get places. "
