'This accommodation is located around 15-20 min walk from the "hart" of Moalboal including the closest beach. It is an easy walk, or if more preferred, a motorbike or a tuk-tuk ride. The place was kept clean and tidy and the communication with the staff was very easy. They were very helpful with all the questions I had and one of the receptionists has greatly helped me on my last morning when I was heavily mistreated by some of the scam "taxi services". While my room was basic, the property grounds are beautiful with a picturesque restaurant and bar overlooking the sea. 'Really nice and helpful staff, but the beds were from plastic!!! So not so easy to give the stars. The day with swimming pool and drinks is very nice. The night was awful. Because of the beds I find it overpriced for 100euro for 2 adults and 2 boys (8 and 9)'

'They supply earplugs. This is good for light sleepers. There is a yard with at least 20 roosters close to the back of the property. They start long before sunrise and go into the night. There are also 3 different locals nearby doing very loud karaoke and you can hear them all at the same time. Filipinos LOVE their karaoke. Otherwise, everything about this place is perfect. We absolutely loved our stay here. '
