'Very friendly and helpfull staff at the desk. Nice, clean and big rooms shops only by a cab. Nice location.'

'Calling this a ‘luxury’ listing is a joke. We had cockroaches in our room to which no accommodative action was taken. They would not move us rooms nor was there any monetary compensation given despite multiple pictures and emails about the issue. Dishes were dirty in the cupboards. Everything was cheap or falling apart - shower rod was falling out of the wall, furniture was stained and had cheap covers on them, patio furniture was a small cheap wooden set that had mold on the table and cushions,...

'Property very neat & clean. Check in challenging due to host communication via email rather than text. Was standing outside my room at 3pm (check in is 4) . While standing outside I was asked to Venmo $20 for extra hour. That process (via email) took 20 minutes. Not that big of a deal, but with a quest at the door it was a little off putting. Otherwise the property was lovely and well maintained.'

'Property was kinda of gross. furniture has a bunch of stains and is very old. floor in 1/2 the apartment is spongy and feels like you will fall through. bathroom wasn't to bad but over all I would never stay here again. kitchen sink back up twice into the dishwasher and leaked on the floor the first time. could me nice with a renovation and update '

'We loved the location! The room was modern, classy, and cozy, with a comfortable, homey feel. We really enjoyed our stay!'

'The best part about this apartment is its location: right by Bayshore, 10 min walking distance from Hyde Park, and in short driving distance from everything S Tampa. The apartment is cute, spacious, quiet, and well equipped. The host provided comprehensive info ahead of check-in so getting in the apartment was smooth.'

'The property is very convenient and there are nice restaurants directly across the street that you can walk to easily. It's also very convenient to Raymond James stadium. The staff at the front desk was really nice and the bartenders were also nice. I was in a corner suite and it was a super spacious room. Housekeeping cleans your room everyday, which is a nice amenity that many hotels no longer offer. The only thing I didn't like like are the corner suites are directly adjacent to the...

Ontbijt is prima.'

'Even though when we checked in it was during renovations. I still enjoyed my stay.'

'Several family members booked this hotel for an 80th birthday. Great location with easy access to a variety of dining options. However, this is the worst Marriot hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms: Looked clean but on checking out realized we our mattress was dirty with blood stains (pictures attached). Locks: During our entire stay, the room keys for all rooms in the hotel did not work. Guests had to wait for a staff to let them back into their room or leave a member of their party in the room....
