« Too many bad things to list but when you walk in the door you're hit with a heavy mold smell. Found mold on couches and dishes. Windows we're all completely covered in bird poop. One of the main features of this community is the communal pool which was in the listing. What they don't say is the owners have been kicked out of the pool club for other community violations and their renters don't have access. « The pictures posted by the host accurately depict this property. The views and pool really are this great! In fact, the whole property is gorgeous. The host is very helpful, responsive and pleasant. The location is fairly remote and as such there aren’t a lot of restaurants nearby. The closest we saw was a soda at the paquera ferry landing, but by the time we got there, they had closed for the night. « It was horrible from the beginning. It wasn’t clean at all. My baby who is crawling on the floor had black knees after only 2 minutes. There was an ant nest in the living room with thousand ans thousand of ants. The toilet downstairs had poop all over it. There was constructions sites everywhere and it was super loud. We told the owner and first he didn’t believe us. Then he sent a cleaning lady and we saw her did a very deep cleaning. It help but it still wasn’t perfect for a five stars. Also,...
