'Great property had everything that u would and could need very clean and spacious felt right at home. The only issue was we weren’t alerted as to an issue with the pool and when the pool guy would be coming. Came home to a guy in the lanai of then found out it was the pool guy and then woke up to one in the back yard maybe put up some blinds to the back window so it’s more private. Other than that great stay. '

'Very clean and loved the space. Very bright and homey. Loved how well equipped the kitchen was since I was there for Thanksgiving and had to cook a little. Not a far drive from some great spots such as Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs and the outlets for some great shopping. Host was great with communication. Would love to stay again next time I’m in the area. '

'We needed a rental property that would accommodate us for family in north port and for visiting a hospital in sarasota. This was the perfect fit. Great central location. Close to everything we needed. The house is so cozy and beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and all the amenities you need to make you feel like home. Kyle is wonderful with keeping in touch and assisting with anything that you need. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Florida. You cannot go wrong...

'This property worked great for our group of 6. House is very nice and clean, right on the canal and close to lots of great beaches and other stuff to do. Grill, kayaks and bikes were nice touches that we used.'

'Location was perfect, centered between Arcadia & Port Charlotte. Clean and nicely furnished. Wrap around porch and decorative lighting was relaxing. Internet had some Buffering at times (t-Mobile) but was adequate! The Best part was of course the man cave. Would be a great place to meet with friends for a weekend! 'It was a very cute cottage . It was well stocked . Plenty of dishes ,cups , coffee pot etc. the towels were plush . Great set up and nice size . The host gave us plenty of space , didn’t know they were there . Communication of instructions for parking (3 spots) check in etc all good. Pleasant stay convenient to town 👍'
