« It takes forever to get the host to give you an answer to a question or concern you have, to the point you no longer need an answer from them anymore. There is no phone to call, so you are at their mercy if you need something from them. They may write "I'll get back to you", and then you wait hours with no response.The checkout is 10am (which is an hour earlier than most places). « The home is situated in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood with trees and flowering bushes about. Upon entering the home, one was struck by its simple elegance. We've stayed at many rented homes and this one by far had the best kitchen ware, which made cooking for our family a dream! The beds were comfortable and bathrooms (with full baths) were gorgeous! « I would highly recommend this place, it is wonderful house full of spaces for kids and family members to relax and enjoy. The kids loved the pool and the living area downstairs while us adults were able to relax in the kitchen area and backyard areas downstairs. The host was very accommodating to our needs and would quickly respond to inquiries. I would highly recommend staying here and I plan to again. »
